This page covers any known issues with Obojobo. For your convenience, each issue is separated by the interface in which it belongs. Please refer to this page prior to submitting any bug reports, as we may already be aware of your issue.

Listed below are the current issues we have addressed, as well as a “work-around” strategy. A “work-around” is a way for you to avoid the problem by using an alternative process to achieve your desired objective. However, it is important to note that some issues do not have a “work-around” strategy.

Please keep in mind that when issues are resolved, they will be deleted from this page. You can view these resolved issues on our Version History page if you are interested.

Draft Remains Locked After Closing Browser

Media Asset Audio Keeps Playing

When previewing media containing audio, the audio may continue playing after navigating from the media. Work-around: Stop audio before navigating from the media, or refresh the browser.
